Probably one of the biggest questions, when it comes to downloading games is "is this legal?" And the simple answer is, No. Downloading anything that is commercial software, whether or not it is a game or a movie, ect, is illegal.  

Yes. You can get caught, But the odds are you will not ( Im not saying that it can never happen, but it is possible ).
